Robert upgrade my house on 2020, wood floors, paint, closet, laundry, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, all of it, He took a long time at the entry of the house because it was customized and will take a long time to arrive it came out beautiful. I get complements of it all the time. I cannot thank him enough for the amazing, outstanding job his company did, his coworkers are very polity, I’m so pleased with this company. I do not know how to express how happy I am with Robert and his crew. We just experienced a contractor that did a small portion of a job, before taking the money and running. Robert and the guys came and WOW! What a dedicated and professional crew. They arrived everyday on time and worked nonstop, with AAAA+ quality work. Our experience with Robert was excellent. During the quotation process, Robert was responsive and patiently answered all the questions and provided us with a good price. On the installation days, he and his crew worked efficiently and they did a great job of moving our furniture carefully, removing the old carpet and vinyl, and installing about 500 sq ft of engineered hardwood, as well as new baseboards. I was working at the condo I bought in the West U area and was in the process of getting bids to install the hardwood floors. I saw Robert's van on the street as he was working in a neighboring condo installing floors. I called him to discuss his job process and I also spoke to the homeowner of another job he was doing. The reference was positive and his price was reasonable. I ordered the flooring through a separate vendor and Robert picked it up for me (FREE!). He installed the floors and has returned to do the shoe mold. He was most accommodating of my downstairs neighbor's request for underlayment. He does a great job and I am happy I found him. Robert did an excellent job adding and installing wood floor to our master bedroom, sanding refinishing the rest of the second floor to match, and coating a few existing floors to protect them and make them shine! His estimate was fair and reasonable. He is professional and knowledgeable. And he is enjoyable to be around. We will use him for future work and recommend him to all of our friends. Robert’s hardwood flooring did a bang up job for us. They got the flooring that we picked out and installled it in two rooms for us. (they finished the same day which included removing the old flooring). They were very polite and cleaned everything up when they were done, even taking the old flooring with them to dispose of it. Robert and his crew did an outstanding job. They re-carpeted the whole upstairs and laid hardwood flooring in the dining and living rooms. His prices were very competitive and the work crew did a great job keeping everything clean, and hauling away the old carpet. Robert and team responded quickly and answered our questions about the project we wanted accomplished. We needed vinyl plank flooring installed in the master bedroom and closet + door and door jams trimmed. Robert and his team completed the project in 1 day and were very clean and organized. Robert had a very reasonable price. He worked diligently throughout. The job was supposed to take 3 days, but Robert brought extra crew on the second day, so he could complete the job quicker as I asked him to. This latest job would take most people 2-3 days to complete, and Robert was able to finish it in a day and a half. I used Roberts Hardwood Floors. I took a week to do that job and it was a father and son team that came out. I felt so good about them being in my home as I was at work. They were here on their own and that was the kind of trust and the feel that I had for this guy. I couldn't take a week off of work to sit here and listen to them sand all day. They did a bang of a job, art floor and our stairs look terrific. I would use them again in the future if need be, hands down, I would turn them on to anybody that was looking for their wood floors to be done.
